my mp4 player has bad sectors wat should i do?

yeah similar to my last post every time i put something on mp4 it gets corrupted, it seems that my mp4 has bad sectors or some shizzle like that so i wondering wat should i do? use another firmware?...

Okay i was watching a film and then it finished so i went and converted the next film and then put it on my mp4, it all went well but then when i went to watch it after about 6 seconds it says format...
