If there isn't a song playing from music I can...

If there isn't a song playing from music I can press menu and get to files, but then I can't seem to select a song from that menu. Any hints?

Is there a way to select a specific track besides pressing back or forward untill you get to it? Like from the file menu in music or something?

My player is like the one in this video....
