Hi,
Well Uxcell have now said they will arrange a replacement" when they receive my Palladium back.
So, I will keep you guys informed as to what they offer me. A bit annoying in that they don't...

Hi,
UXcell want me to send the Palladium device back now so they can investigate. So, hopefully they can send me the correct device.

Yes, it did have an AMV ICE AGE trailer on it when I received it which did play ok. But I specifically wanted an AVI player not a AMV player (I believe AVI is better quality for the size of...
