I did the guid again...and now is in state of recovery i think...it needs firmware,pls if someone can tell me what firmware i need...cause i don`t understand what the player's brand is :( It looks...

When i woke up this morning tried to start the player (pushed the menu and play bitton simultaniously and the blue screen returnedwith the hour glass and the pc doesn`t show me it as nothing...
