Thanks for advise but this has no effect on sound.
Would it be feasable to format and install new firmware?
If so how do I go about doing it?

I have bought an I-Platinum mini MP3/ MP4 player however the other day whilst playing MP3's it decided to start ommiting the lead voice just like a karaoke machine but can't find out how to reverse...
