problem loading the amv file on the player

dear sir,
I have bought a new mp4 player but i am having a problem in loading the amv file on the player ?
when i load the .amv file on the player and then play it , the video is scribbled
please help me sir , i am completely distressed.

Have you tried downloading the sample .AMV files we have on our site? When you have, try it on your player and see if it works or not?

Also, can you tell me what type of MP4 player do you have? Or even better, can you send us a photo of it and upload it to our site?
