dear all,

i just bought a new mp4 palayer for few day agoooo.
the manual book say the storage from mp4 player must format in FAT type not in FAT32.

the question is why sometime mp3 and amv file is corrupt (cant play in from mp4palyer or from pc)when that file is already copy to mp4 palyer

wind,

Have you tried formatting your player with the "MP3 Player Disk Tool" from the AMV Convert Tool 3.68 (MP3 Player Utilities 3.68)?

What you can also do is format the player from Windows using the "Disk Management" tool within Windows.

Try that and see if that solves the corruption problems?

wind,

Try formatting your player using the MP3 Player Disk Tool.

Just make sure you have your player plugged into the USB of your computer firstly opening the MP3 Player Disk Tool.

To format:
1. Choose the correct drive letter of your MPx player.
2. Under "Format Type", choose "Low"
3. Don't worry about the "Partition and Encrypt" tab

Actually, come to think of it, 4 Gigs is quite big actually. Can you send us a photo of your player to make sure it is an s1mp3 player? It might be totally different solution/board player, so all the instructions above might not actually work....
