Problems with my player

PROMBLEMS WITH MY PLAYER ARE:


1. I guess I upgraded it with the wrong player and all I get is a dead blue screen.

I cannot recover the old firmware either using the upgrade tool in mp3 utilities.

My original version was ACT_V3.5.35.
and I was only upgrading with another 3.2.16 version.


2. I have bought a 1.5 inch coloured screen MP4 Player with 512 MB of Memory.
I got an error message during an upload and after that i have formatted the disk.
But After formatting the size of the disk is shown as 256 MB and not 512 Mb


3. My Player Shows Its Write Protected and how can I remove the write protected form my players
