Hey darkspark2134,

Have a look at this firmware: http://www.mympxplayer.com/dload.php...ile&file_id=46

The casing looks the same. However, could be different solution boards used, so do check it out. Do you remember what was the items were on the main menu??

It dose look the same but i forgot to metion i can put a sd card in the right hand side of it and its 1.8 screen it only has one switch on the left hand side to turn it on and off and as for the menu it had a lot of stuff in it including ebook, radio, system, pic gallery and i think one or 2 other things.

I have uploaded 2 pic's to the net one is of my menu before i formated the player it is a farly dark pic but you can see it and the other pick is of after i formated it a little blury but it a lot easyer to see then pic 1 and pic 1 is also so show my hole mp4 palyer

darkspark2134,

Got those photos, looking at the menu, it's something I haven't seen yet. Hopefully someone out there has the same as your player and can upload a firmware of it for you.

To be honest, it's very strange to see the menus disappear after a format. The system files should be written on the memory block that shouldn't get wiped out during a format. Otherwise that's a pretty bad mistake by the manufacturer's part!

darkspark2134,

Download the UDisk Checker from here.

It will tell you what solution you have.
I have a feeling your player is using a different solution from the s1mp3 player's. s1mp3 players use the Actions solution. There are other solution boards out there, mainly Sigmatel and Sunplus.

Let me know as if it's NOT Actions, then I can't help much as I haven't found a tool that will extract the firmware or replace it apart from Actions.
