uploading music files

I am so totally lost with this new mp4 player. its mp4 mobile cinema.... not sure the model number. but it came with the utilities and mav converter and such. anyways.... i can't figure out where or how to even upload my mp3/wav/music files onto the damn thing. can anyone help me!? its getting really frusterating.

When you say "can't figure out where or how to even upload my mp3/wav/music files", the first thing I would have to ask is what happens when you plug your player into your computer using the USB cable? Does it come up as a "removable drive"? From "My Computer" from Windows, it should show up as a drive. If you see a "removable drive" on your list where the "C:\drive" etc... are, then all you need to do is copy your files from your computer into the drive of your player.

A large majority of players will play your songs, videos etc if the files are copied straight into the root of the player. Some however, require to be in specific folders.

What happens when you try that?
