s1fwx can't detect my F11-01gd player
 

Hello I need Help.

I search since 6 months for repair my mp4 player and i doesn't have
the answer for my questions.

My model is F11-01GD, the disk is a Sundisk Usb 1.1 see by windows,
the version of the firmware is cstn .211 ???, the processor in is a spca7550a-pl09q.

The menu is defect and i don't whire more than 512, if i white more the mp4 player crash.

I try to read the firmware with S1swx and Mp3 player utility(3.06, 3.68,3.57) and is not detect
(not detect removal disk) but windows detect the disk ???

How to upgrade my mp4 player?

Is there something wrong wth your player? Is that why you want to flash it??

If the s1fwx doesn't detect your player then it's not a s1mp3 player. It is probably a Sigmatel or Sunplus solution. If that's the case, then you won't be able to use the s1fwx to extract your firmware as it's only designed for the S1mp3 players.

I know this as I have the exact same player, but it uses a Sunplus solution instead.

Try this tool: UDisk Checker.

With the Udisk checker is write:

all we can do is wait and see if some uploads a program that will back up sunplus firmware
