i want to back up my mp4 player firmware but s1wfx will not detect my mp4 player.

i all so followed what it said on the form post How to: extract firmware of your player using the S1fwx tool

but it still want detect it

Looks like you have a different solution board and not an Actions one (s1mp3). It might be a Sigmatel or Sunplus board instead, which the s1fwx doesn't detect as a drive.

is there any program to back up my firmware if it is sunplus

i used checkudisk and it came up with

No, I don't have the Sunplus firmware extraction tool. I can't seem to find it either.

If anyone knows where to get the Sunplus tool, then please help.
