fliped videos

Hello

All video plays on my MP4 player apears horizontaly fliped (right things apears on left and left things at the right)

I know that I can fix the problem with virtualdub, but I prefer that my MP4 run well by it self.

My MP4 is a 1'8 screan and feamware is ACT_V3.5.35 2006-03-13.

About the firmware, when I extract it, I have a 6*240*768 byts file, and when I download it on this server I have two files first one is : version 2006-03-13 ACT_V3.5.35.bin is 6*022*144 long and second one is : MP-693C-S (v3.5.35 merged).bin is 7*564*288 long. so wich one is good ?

Thanks a lot for help me

jean-eric,

Shouldn't be anything wrong with your firmware, so you dont need to change the firmware. It might actually cause your player to go 'dead' if you put the wrong firmware.

You say 'flipped video' in the case that they are 'flipped' while playing .AMV files right? If so, did you download the convert tool from our website or from somewhere else? If you downloaded from somewhere else, then most likely, you downloaded a version that had the incorrect setting set in the settings file, so when u install it, ALL your converted .AMV files will be flipped.

Download the Convert Tool 3.68 from our website again, uninstall your version and install our version as this will have the correct setting for you.

Thanks for reply,

Yes, it's all .amv files who appears flipped.
Evens every one I've have download.
To do my .amv file I use 3.57, 3.68 and 4.00 and the problem is the same.
When I played these files with "amv file player" they did not appears flipped.

Hi, when you say

- I'm alittle confused now.

So all your .AMV files are flipped/mirrored right?
Even the .AMV files you download from our site too?

I recall reading somewhere that you need to edit your AmvTransform.ini in the AMVTools folder. You should find an entry at the top under Options called BMPADJUST and set to 0. Hope this helps
