i put txt files in this mp4 bu it doesn't see the files
in menu i click text it initializes but there are no files

When you save your txt file, did you select "ANSI" as the encoding type for your .txt file?

Try downloading the sample TXT file from our site from this location:

Let me know if that sample .TXT file works on your player or not.
