Hi,

I have MP3 256mb. When I connect MP3 player with computer, computer doesn't find MP3 player(My computer use Win XP SP2), at this time USB cable connect between Mp3 player and computer is very hot .

When I charge battery, My player operate normal.

Please tell me Why USB cable is too hot and what I need to computer find My player and USB cable not temperature up.

Sounds like a faulty USB cable.
Have you tried another USB cable?
Also try plugging your USB cable and playing into ANOTHER computer and see what happens.

Can you also explain the problem alittle more please?

I try to plug other computer but USB cable is very hot and computer not recognize MP3 player. If I charge battery, USB cable operate good. I have just bought Mp3 ago 3days.

USB cable shouldn't be hot while charging that's for sure. Can you get a hold of ANOTHER USB cable instead? If it's a standard USB cable with standard connectors, you should be able to buy one from a computer store. Try that and see what happens.
