Check the CD that came w/ player for original firmware 1st.
Check system in player and post your FW version here...

i have seen this f/w but this not exactly this... screen is white. I have same player as his.

Hi there, was wondering if anyone has a good english version manual for this player. I have the player but not a very good manual - to the point that it doesn't make any sense. Being a bit technology challenged I'm struggling!!

jacs, I think good English manuals are a myth and do not really exist. The two I have would have a military code decryption team stumped. Even the diagrams have nothing in common with my players.
I suggest you post any questions you have in the forum.

Haha, with these manuals, you'll have to start becoming used to Chinglish or interpret what they are trying to say.

It looks like a FULL FIRMWARE as well. Is this something you extracted yourself or did it come with the player on the cd?
