cant download jpeg pictures in my mp4. Can help?

Can anyone let me know why I acnt download or store pictures in my nano look alike mp4 player?

Some questions:
1. Yes, what's the error you're getting?
2. Can you copy other files like mp3's onto your player and play them?
3. Have you tried downloading .gif and .bmp image files onto your player too? Do they work?
4. Lastly, how much disk space is left on your player? Try to delete some files then try copying those .jpg files across again and tell me what happens.
