Files that I play show 0 byte from computer

Hi,

I have just bought mp3 256mb, play song very good. when I connect mp3 player with computer, I see files that I played only have 0 byte, and I copy mp3 new file in but Mp3 Player not permit copy and error.

Please help me.

How many files do you currently have on your player now? I see you only have a 256MB player. You might have run out of space. Try deleting some songs and see what happens.

If Windoze does not see files properly, then the file system on player is corrupt.
Simply reformat with tools available on this site.
