Default AMV Function Stopped Working

I was trying to test the longevity of my battery and set up a amv video to loop untill the battery died. It lasted 4.5 hours (not bad!). I charged it up and when I tried to go to the amv viewer I get the "Initializing" screen and then it reboots. Anyone else have this problem and what can I do to fix it. My Firmware is RYJ-3.5.35.

cupajoe,

Try a hard reset. Turn player off w/ on/off switch for 1 minute.
Check files w/ windows and see if they are corrupt.
Lastly, reformat player, load files and test.

Do other functions work ok?
Let us know each step you take...

cupajoe

Some questions for you:

1. Does it charge properly through the wall or computer?
2. When you plug it into your computer, can you see the drive and copy files to it etc...?
