May I offer a suggestion? Re-encode your mp3 files first using the exact EQ setting you like and then transfer the files to your player. I don't really trust the player to do a good job of adjusting the sound to my liking. You can also normalise the files (make the volume the same) too before transferring to your player. I use dbPowerAmp which has a very simple to use interface and can process lots of files in different folders very quickly (http://www.dbpoweramp.com) |
Hi NE1WeKnow, i didn't have this program...so thanks...it sure makes a difference!
I could hardly believe my eyes...well...my ears actually. What I thought to be good quality mp3s turned out to be rubbish when compared to the newer 'equalised' versions. Thanks again. |
Glad I could help out...
