formatting
hey in need help
when i formatted my 1 gig mp4 player the disk space decreased to 241 mb Wht on earth is going on can anyone help me with this problem pleaseeeeee  |
thats because when you was putting music into it you was copying a lot of files in one time and that will cause errors in sectors, when you format it the errors will be ignored and turns into nothing, so the space that the errors took will be deleted, there is some tool fix and re-format mp3's and memory cards but I don't know where to find it, if you search, you will find .

Re: formatting
wissam,
We've added this tool Format Utility for USB Devices so you can use to format your player. You can download it here. Try that and let me know what happens. |

Yip, the tool will do that - it will format the flash memory card in your player. |
