File names hidden - please help me!!!
 

I've just got a MP4 player from HK via Ebay, and i am having real problems wiht the retrieval of files.

i can transfer files to it from PC, but when i look on the player itself they are not there to be seen, and hence i cant select a track.

all i get in the "local Folders" option is other empty folders where the fiels should be.

however, i can play one at a time by skipping forwards and they are there when i check by connecting to my PC.

Any ideas????

Try a hard reset. Just switch it off for 30 secs, then back on.
Also read your manual to see file structure
