Help me please with disk-protected!
 

Hi im new here my mp3 player is dead i tryed to install firmware but i installed wrong one....now when i take my mp4 on its like blue screen nothing else comming when i set in my usb on my computer then its just a flash scandisk or something like that. And when i want upgrade back to my firmware its says the flash scandisk is disk-protected does anyone know how to remove the disk protected please help :cry:
