Blue screen after Firmare upgrade!!!!

Hi i wanted to upgrade my mp4 its like nano and i wanted to train ip nano style on it and after i upgraded it, it is Blue screen :S....cant do something i have my backup when i want to install my backup again its says Write-protected i dont got some hold button.

So do someone know how to remove the write-protected? with a program or something else please help somebody :cry:
