Okay I found the file to install the converter. But now the problem is when I double-click the setup file, there will be a pop-up saying "The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be installed. The system cannot find the path specified" Can someone help me? I don't know why I'm always having problems...

If might either take .asf or .AVI files. It uses a different board from the mpx players we have on this site. I have an .asf converter and will upload it to the site for you. You can try it and let me know if it works or not for your player.

Certain players (like yours) uses specific video files so it's best to use the software included on the included CD. Anyhow, can you create a new topic for your inquiry please?
