Default Games on MP3/MP4 player

Yo, I got the MP3 player that looks like the I-Pod nano but smaller. Heres the link  http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=210000141061
But anyways my question is, My Player has 1 game (Russin Block) I was wondering could I put more games on it without messing up the MP3 player?
Thanks

You could try to use another firmware, but the risk is high, that you kill your player using the wrong firmware

play another round tetris, and forget the other games ^^

Evolis2k2,

I agree.
I can never finish that game. Actually, trying to figure out the key movements is a mission and a half as the keys on my player don't make sense.

If I backup my firmware is it 100% possible that I could restore my MP3 player if I put a wrong firmware?

Mr.V, nothing in life is 100% but death and taxes, but you know you want to do it.......

When you do a backup dump you only get a partial Firmware file not all files are extracted and if it really goes south you may need a full version firmware to recover. Some players come with a backup copy on the CD but most do not.

So here are the possibilities.

1. You could flash your player and get a message telling you the firmware is incompatible and your player will be exactly the same.

2. You could flash it everything could goes well and you end up with 2 more mind numbing games.

3. Flash, oops player won't run but is not completely cactus, re-flash with your backup and you are back to square one.

4. Flash, meltdown player not even recognised by windows can't flash, panic, cry, kick the cat and spend the next 2 weeks of your life looking for a fix, pulling your player apart shorting out your chip to reset, find a full firmware version thats compatible with your player and if you have been nice to everyone all your life and Karma smiles on you the unit is restored and you can once again play Russian Roulette.

5. This one you have not been kind to others all your life so you put it in the bin and buy a new one that has 3 games.

So which pill will you take Neo the red one or the blue one .......

Ok after thinking a long time i am going to take the risk and change firmware. Can someone give me a firmware that you think is good with games? And by flashing do you mean using the upgrade tool?
Thanks

There are a few in the firmware section that have games just read the descriptions. And yes using the upgrade tool.

A rar file is like a zip file where the contents are compressed to make the file smaller. Try an application called Winrar to extract them.
