My mp4 player is crazy
 

I have a problem with my new mp4 player. The day after I've received it, when I turn on the player, the animated menu shuffle itself very fast from Music to Sys Setup. It is out of control and the same thing happens on every menu. What can I do?

You might have 'sticky' buttons - in the sense that the buttons are 'pressed down' on the connectors. Hence why it keeps on scrolling. If you only just got it, I would suggest send it back and get a replacement as the keys seem faulty. Are you entitled to warranty....??
