Re: Hold function?

Hi all,

(please excuse my english, Im aware of the fact that its probably not the best )

casually i read this post. I have an nano clone too and found out that there is a hold function, well at least on my player: you simply have to press the A-B/REC button (the one at the bottom) for about 2 sec.

faust, that is interesting although my player does not have a button marked A-B/REC it has a VOL button that has the same function. If I hold down the button for a couple of seconds the player goes into record mode and starts recording.

If I am playing music and hold the button down the player sets an A point in the song playing and a B icon flashes on the screen. Holding the button down again then sets a B point in the song playing and now the section of music between the A point and the B point will repeat.

So although I have no HOLD function I have still discovered a record and repeat function that I did not know existed, so thankyou.

By the way your English is fine and certainly better than my German. :)

That's interesting.
I've tried that awhile ago, but only starts a voice recording instead..... I haven't yet found a HOLD function. Thanks for sharing.

Out of interest, do you hve a photo of your player you can upload to the site? I would be interested to see what it looks like withe REC button.

You can put in the black screen mode.. ^^
In the black screen mode, you have to press any button to activate the screen, and then you can do what you want.. it serves as a guarantee to not to acidentally press any button.. =]
