i have a serious problem. though i made sleep time nd off time to 0. still during playing music or after some time is gets restarted...it restarts 2-3 times. and sometimes english font gets changed to chinise font. what should i do ?

BIPIN_C,

Your memory may have format errors in which case reformating using the MP3 Player utilities 3.68
http://www.mympxplayer.com/dload.php...file&file_id=2
may fix your problem.

Another reason is that some players have been known to have memory chips that have been hacked so that they appear to be larger than they really are. Your 256mb memory may only be 95mb. If you reformat and the drive no longer shows as a 256mb drive there is a good chance you have been ripped off and you should return the player and demand a refund.

Have you set your clock/time settings in the SETUP of your player? Make sure you put a time and date in there, otherwise the sleep settings won't actually take effect.

kingsly, I have not heard or read of anyone recovering lost memory. To check your true memory chip size you will have to open your player and note it's brand and serial number (it will be the largest chip on the board) then doing a Google search with the information will generally find you information on the chips specifications.
