If your player plays fine by itself, then it sounds most likely to be a problem with the USB cable. If it's brand new, out of the box, then I'm sure the seller might be able to sort you out with warranty? If you say that Windows picks it up then 'drops off' then either the cable is faulty in that it's not working all the time 100% or the USB connector end of your player is faulty. |
Re: Won't connect to me computer
Hiya Guys, thanks for the replies,
Have contacted the seller again, with a screen shot from my pc, and he seems to think that maybe it is a cable problem. He is sending me another. Will keep you posted on progress with new cable in a few days (7-14 he says) Thanks Red |
Red, at least it sounds like you purchased from a reasonable seller. Look forward to your update.

Re: [solved] Won't connect to me computer
I am experiencing this same problem with a brand new player, and have made a post regarding the issue in another thread here:
MP4/AMV/REC/FM Chinese ipod knockoff Just to put some light to this issue incase anyone else experiences it..I don't really have the option of going back to my seller because this wasn't an eBay purchase, it was just obtained in a giveaway. Any help would be awesome. |
