cannot download a file

hi i have a mp4 which i bought i hk.. i have a little problem.. whenever i put something new in my mp4.. it says "PARAMETER IS INCORRECT"..
what will i do to fix this problem.. help please..

wtf_dude, is windows giving you this message or your player. What type of file are you trying to load.

You may have errors in your players memory. Try connecting your player and right click on it in explorer and select properties then the tools tab. Then do an error check selecting all options. If that does not help reformat your player with MP3 Disk Tool or with windows but be sure to set it to format in FAT not FAT32.

This type of error relates to memory issues and quite possiblity that your player has been 'hacked' to show more memory than the memory chip inside your player can handle.

Take tadad's suggestion and do a format and see if that fixes your problem. Also have a look at the free space after the format as well.
