Default Connected to USB

Hi
I just got a small problem, whenever I connect my mp4 to the computer to put songs on or something the screen comes up saying its connected but the light stays on and the battery charges super slow. But if im jsut playing a song or in the menu the screen goes black after 10 seconds which I changed in the settings. But does anyone know how to make it go black while its charging too?

In the [Settings] menu, there should be an item called "Darkle". Change that to "10" means 10 seconds the LCD should go dark.

However, you need to make sure you have set a time/clock setting too.

Good luck and let us know if it works or not.

Ko, to make the LCD turn off when the player is charging you need to go to Settings \Power Off\Off Time and set it to zero. When you connect to usb to charge push the menu button so that you leave the USB connection screen. Now the LCD will turn off but the player will continue to charge.

Ko, that is alright but it is still charging. If you want it to reconnect to the computer hold down the play button till the player shutsdown then it will restart and reconnect with the computer. While it is in connection mode the LCD will not sleep.
