MP4 Neo Clone says no files
 

Hi,

I have a Neo MP4 Clone player with 2Gb. When I connect it to the computer shows 2 disk, one with 32Mb and other with 2Gb.

I can copy MP3 files to the 2gb disk but when I try to access then in the player it shows no files.

I already reset it, re-install the firmware, formated the disk but still shows 2 disks.

Some one know how can I solve this problem?

Querini, If you run MP3 Disk Tool there is an option for Partition and Encrypt, check that "Setting encrypted disk capacity" is set to 0
