Default unknown flash error!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


ok so i have my .rar files unziped and they are dump files, but when i upgrade my player it says unknown flash error and it fails. whats wrong with my dumps.......???????????

how can i get my dumps to work!!!

dthdabomb89, Sometimes this error occurs if the dump file has not been repaired. You need to put it into the s1fwx folder and run the repair.bat then try to upload it again.

ok i got the repair file but i dont really know how to repair it! i click the repair file and it says no commands.....press any key to continue....but i dont know what im supposed to do whith the firmware file.

ok it just says connot find file needed to repair..... so what do i do with the .bin file?

Put the *.bin file in the same directory as the s1fwx program, run the repair file and it will read the firmware file.

thanx... but it is not detecting it!!!!!!!!
i have these files, list repair, extract, and a s1fwx commandline thing.
do i just slide my file into the folder with all these things?

it still says error:system has failed to find file specified

nevermind that........i did it and it said that the file failed to repair and and i upgraded it any way and it worked. but now when i do a different file it still has the unknown flash errror!!!!!
