Hi everybody¡¡ My name is Juan Pablo, I'm 21 and I'm from Chile.

Just found this site yesterday and I think it really rocks¡¡. You guy's have a really good looking website, full of interesting information and above all, a great community.

Moving to other subject, I just bought a Fujitel Mp4 Player which is labeled at the store and the catalog as having 256mb, but when I checked it at home, my computer and the player say that it only has 233Mb. You know why is that??

The Firmware version (according to the player):

PMA300_006 / RYJ-3.5.35

Could you help me a little bit with this??.

Hey Juan.. mainly you lose a little bit of space because of formatting. For example when you buy an mp4 some space is lost in formatting and also because of the firmware as firmwares take up 5-7MB depending or more. Formatting also takes away 1-2 MB. I have a few 1GB players but most of them only have 965MB to begin with and thats mainly because of formatting and firmware reasons. :) Hope this answers your question!
