upgradation of firmware

hi there,

i have a small problem.after upgradation of the firmware on my mp3 player i am unable to increase or decrease the volume.when i press the vol switch it decreases automatically and it wont increase .

can any body help me?

Did you backup your original firmware?
It sounds like the firmware you used maybe for a palyer that has a different button configuration than your original.
Is everything else working OK?
What was your original firmware version?
What was the firmwar eyou upgraded with?

hi tadad1,

idonot have backup of my original firmware, i forgot to take.the older and the new firmware are of same version. all other functions are working fine. f/m version is SC85052A

suryachand, I can only suggest you try some of the other 3.5.35 versions in the download section one of those may be more suited to your player.
