Ipod nano 1GB lookalike NEED HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a nano ipod lookalike 1GB but cannot understand the instructions. I am not computer or software literate so please be patient with me. I have been able to download music but I cannot get a list of songs downloaded and have to skip through loads of songs to locate the one I want. In my movies section i have located a music section and it lists albums etc installed but how can I get them to appear on my music list?
Any help appreciated.

sadava, The ability to scoll through a song list is not available in these players. If you load your music into separate folders by Album, Artist, etc you can scroll to a particular folder but then you still have to scroll through each track to get to the one you want.
