Hard Error when using FM Radio

Please help....a "Hard Error" message appears when i turn on my FM radio on my mp3 player...

Is everything else working on your player apart from FM though? ie: Music and videos play fine with no errors?

Can you tell me if you've done anything to you player lately?

Was FM working ok originally or has it never worked before?
