Bad Sound with 4.00 Bad Visual with 3.68

Hi i have a bit of a problem using the mp3 utilities program

with 4.00 i am able to use 160x120 and the visual looks better however the sound sucks, it stutters alot.

with 3.68 i have bad visual but the sound is decent.

Is there anyway to use 4.00 and get better sound, or use 3.68 and improve the visuals

any help appreciated

I have 2GB Nano Clone with the M button and star shaped interface (see image)

Screen Size: 1.5

I would like ideally:
my videos to have, 160*120 resolution and nice sound quality
a little bit less ghosting effects:/ Im hoping someone is able to guide me how to do this with either mp3 utilities 3.68 or 4.00 (or any other program thats free)

If your screen is 1.5 you should be using 128x96 or 128x128.
160x120 is for 1.8 screens so your player is working harder than it needs to.
If you edit the AmvTransform.ini found in the folder of AMV Conversion Tool 4.0 and change CHIPTYPE=0 you will be able to use more settings.
You can also improve the quality of your video by pre-processing with VirtualDub or PocketDivxEncoder.
You will find both apps in the Downloads\Tools section.

If you are still having problems Google for the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack and install it as you could be having a codec problem.
