Can't record from Radio

My Mpx player has a Radio recorder feature, but i can't make it work.
When listening to Radio i press the menu button and i press the Fine rec. option and the recorder opens up.. BUT nothing is recorded allthough the record icon is active.. and the .wav file is made :? :cry:
