bb154, What are you wanting to do?
What version of Windows are you using?

When you connect the player vis USB look in your computer for another drive most likely called removable drive or removable storage you can transfer anything to this drive as it is your mp4 player.

The second way to transfer songs is to use Windows Media Player as soon as you plug in the USB cable to the computer and the player Windows Media Player should synchronize with it and you should be able to just select the songs you want and add them to synch list.

Hope this helps.

bb154, Connect your player to your PC. Turn the player on. Windows XP should load the driver automatically. The player should show a USB Connection screen. Open Windows Explorer and as Pocket_Nano has said you should be able to see your player as an extra Drive. you can then open it in Explorer and copy and paste or drag and drop any files and folders you want onto your player.

If your player is still not connecting try another USB port. Failing that your USB cord may be faulty.
