[Not Solved] my PC fails to detect my player
 

hi,
i bought an ipod clone from eBay. n i'm not able to connect it to my PC to upload my files. my PC just not able to detect it. its charging the player but just not detecting as an USB device.

Its Firmware Version: MP3 PLAYER YHX1C002A 2006/04/21 ACT_V3.5.37

do i need to change the online mode or what??
please help me in this regard!! i'm happy with the player but just cant believe that i cant put my fav music into it!!

saibejugam, If you are using Windows98 you need to install the driver which should be on the CD that came with your player. If you are using XP try another USB port. If that does not work and you have access to another PC try connecting to that one. If all this fails your USB cable may be faulty so you may need to find a new one.

one more thing i forgot to mention is.. when i connect my player to PC i switched it on.... n on holding M[menu] button .. i can see a screen where its trying to connect to PC... its showing a screen with PC n drive images on it...but at this point of time my PC does nothing... but once i release the M[menu] button the player is getting started and going to menu.

i've tried with win xp and with all the three ports but no use ... i've also tried with win Me version but no use.
if u think therez some pblm with the USB cable .. i'll try for a new one.. can i get the compatible USB cable in the market.. how much will it cost?? bcoz my seller is not responding to my queries!!
