can't seem to get it to work or put songs on it

I purchased an mp4 player and can not seem to get it to work. I tried to back it up and I got that it is not supported. I can't figure out how to put songs on it, or how to work it. Any help would be great!

Debbie,
There are several different versions of these players. Can you give some information on your player and a link to a photo of it.
Look in Settings in your player and find the Firmware Version as well please.
It may be better if you log on as a member as well then you can post replies to questions.
