Not getting sound out of both headphones. Nano Clone

Only the left side of my headphones work in my nano clone. I tried 4 pair. Is it internal or is it a firmware problem. Can i repair it?

if you have tried other headphones and only the left side is playing, than it is a hardware issue, most likely, probably the connections to the headphone jacks have come undone.

Talk to the person you got it from, see if they can change it.
