Guest, A few people have reported this problem. You can remove it like this:
On your keyboard press Win+R to open the run dialogue. Type in regedit and press OK.
In Regedit go to the following address
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\INSTALLER\PRO DUCTS\
You will see a list of folders with titles like this "271A48771F16E54438860661700EDD22" , starting with the first one click on each one, on the right of regedit you will see info on each entry, find the one for MP3 Utilities 3.68 then right click on the folder and select delete. Close regedit.
Open Explorer and manually delete the MP3 Player Utilities 3.68 folder in C:\Program Files or where ever you have it installed.
