Wu, Unfortunatly not all the firmware uploaded to the site has been repaired and will give an error when trying to install. Download a copy of s1fwx from the Download>Tools section and place the dump files that give you an error message into the s1fwx folder. the file must be called dump.bin, then run the repair.bat and then try the firmware again.
If your text is Japanese\Chinese this is the default language setting for the firmware you are using. You can change it by going into the settings menu usually defined by a familiar icon of some sort, then choose the 3rd entry from the top then the second entry from the top. This should restore your player to english. There are so many variations of these players and they all have slightly different firmware despite the version numbers.
If you have not backed up your original firmware I suggest as soon as you find one that does work on your player you stop trying to upgrade it. In most cases you are not going to find one that will add new features or improve your player in any way, but eventually you will kill it with a totally incompatible version and it will no longer work at all.
