Idiot questions from a newby
 

Hello,
i0m a newby in mpx player.
I have some questions:

1. if I extract the firmware with s1fwx then repair it and modify only the themes images with s1res, after that can I upload the firmware without problems ?

2. My player is like this:

Tantalo, It is quite safe to theme your own firmware it is only a problem if you try to use someone elses firmware on your player.
Most of these players are no-name brands and most of the ones that are named are fakes (sony, apple etc)
Unless your player has a brand there proberably is no official site.
Why do you want a new firmware, it will not add any new features to your player and you would most likely kill it trying to upgrade it.
I suggest you backup your firmware, theme it the way you like and just enjoy it as it is.
