s1res Error - Help!

Hey I just got my new Minmi 1.8" TFT Screen 2 GB Player and Ive backed up a copy of my firmware, and created a copy of it that I was planning to mod (mainly change up the images and mod them myself to make the screens look better), however when i load it up in s1res it gives me an error in all the sections where I could previously modify images. I do have 2 other 3.5.37 Mp4 players but they have a 1.5" screen and they have had no problem being edited. I was wondering if someone could help me out by helping me figure out why s1res cant read the backup firmware properly. Also, ive tried loading up the firmware in both the versions of s1res and I get the same error, along with WaterLily and i got errors in the logo and end and the main res files. How can i figure this out. Any help is appreciated, I have more details below.

Firmware Info from the Player:
LISONG
LSD_801_03
2006/06/30
SDK3.5.37

There is a problem with your dump file if you place it in the s1fwx folder and run the list.bat it is full of checksum errors. Try extracting it again.

Hey Tadad1 Thanks for the quick reply. I noticed the list of errors myself but the player works absolutely fine - nothing wrong with it at all. Also, I extracted the firmware again and still no luck. What do you think is wrong with it? Do you think maybe its protected so I cant modify it or what?

bsaylors, Sorry this is something I have never seen before so I am not sure what the problem is. Try extracting it with atjupload then name it dump.bin put it in the s1fwx folder and run the list.bat and see if it still shows the errors.
