Hmm what am I doing wrong? Probably something stupid, I downloaded S1fwx so I could extract my firmware and it tells me S1fwx is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file. Thanks

What version of Windows are you running?
Explain what you have done since downloading the file step by step.
