LCD screen is black color

I have MP4 1.5inch. I used about 2 months.
when I open Player, only have 2 leds light on and Screen is black.
I can heard music, but i can't see main menu because Control Screen is black color. Was LCD screen dead?
(All control button is normal, only have LCD screen is black color)

* Has it always been like this? Or only just happened recently?

* Have you done anything to your player before this started happening?

* Is it still under warranty?
